Future Festival Night One Had Molecular Cocktails and Robots
Rebecca Byers — October 13, 2015 — Marketing
The official kick-off party for Trend Hunter's inaugural innovation event Future Festival with a tech-powered evening featuring molecular cocktails and an epic robot petting zoo. As guests trickled in, they had the option of testing out various virtual and augmented reality headsets, take a selfie with a 360-degree camera from Bublcam, meet our robot petting zoo or even play an interactive game on the HOLUS tabletop holographic machine. Additionally, the night was enriched thanks to our clients at Hasbro, Starbucks, Nestle, TRND Lab Drones and Disney, who all provided awesome freebies for our guests to enjoy.
Conceived as an experiential consumer insights conference, Future Festival was an action-packed few days filled with captivating innovation keynotes, workshops and one-of-a-kind trend safaris, so we knew we had to welcome our clients and attendees with a choose-your-own-adventure style evening where they could browse the tech demos while enjoying an elegant, futuristic cocktail creation from Toronto's Bar Chef. Red Bull even showed up to keep guests alert, which was a particular hit with those who had just arrived off of a long flight.
